USB Bank
Lambros Christofi was involved in the banking sector through participation in the shareholding structure of USB Bank, where he acquired a significant percentage of the bank during the period of strategic investment activity related to the Aspis Group. During that time, he was associated with the investor group involved in the bank and participated as a shareholder in USB Bank. Following the restructuring and strategic investment activity surrounding the bank, Lamros and the rest of the shareholders later sold his participation in USB Bank to Lebanese banker Maurice Sehnaoui, whose banking group subsequently became the controlling shareholder of USB Bank through BLC Bank SAL.
Dream Tower
Through LABC Lambros A. Christofi played a key role in the successful multi-million-euro Dream Tower transaction in Limassol, involving the sale of 21 luxury apartments to Israeli investors.
The project highlighted his strong international investor network, particularly within Israel, as well as his expertise in luxury real estate investments, strategic negotiations, and cross-border transactions.

Paradise Kings → Sanders Seaview
In 2023, Christofi managed to acquire possession and control of the resort, proceeding with a full renovation and operational restructuring of the property. The resort officially reopened its doors in June 2023 under the new name “Sanders Seaview”, managed in cooperation with Sanders Group.
Following the successful repositioning and relaunch of the resort, the project attracted international investor interest and was successfully sold in May 2024 to Issta Group.

Alakati Village / Riviera
The Alakati Village / Riviera Project was one of the largest mixed-use property developments ever initiated by a private company in Cyprus and represented a major milestone in the vision of Lambros A. Christofi for large-scale integrated developments.
The project involved the transformation of approximately 176,000 sq. m. of land in Lakatamia, Nicosia into a modern “city within a city” concept combining residential, commercial, leisure, and lifestyle infrastructure.

Coffee Beanery Europe
In 2007, Laser Investment Group Plc — registered in Nicosia, Cyprus since February 2000 and managed by Lambros Christofi — acquired Coffee Beanery Europe for approximately €3 million.
Following the acquisition, the company expanded the Coffee Beanery brand in Cyprus and secured development rights for 24 European countries.
